Mark began working at the NCRC in 2018. Mark qualified from A.I.T and has full CIPD Assoc. Membership. He has over 20 years’ experience in HR within the Retail Sector with some of Ireland’s biggest companies. He has more recently turned his attentions to the not for profit sector. In his current role as HR Manager, he is responsible for attracting and retaining the most talented team of staff for the NCRC. As HR Manager his role is also vital to ensuring that all policies and procedures from an Employment Law and Employee Relations perspective are followed and maintained to the highest standards. As a key member of the NCRC Management Team, he is responsible for supporting and advising all Colleagues and Line Managers on all matters regarding HR. He also contributes to the coaching and mentoring of colleagues which is turn supports them in reaching their full potential.
