Sarah has a BSc (Hons) in Biology, a MSc in Molecular Medicine, a PG Dip in Statistics and a PhD in Immunology, focused on Coeliac Disease. Her role involves coordinating our clinical research studies including recruitment and follow up of patients, liaising with PIs and collaborators, and overseeing the work of our research assistants.
